We can’t wait to hear from you with your acceptance of our offer or your counteroffer. When you respond, our process is streamlined and efficient:
1) We’ll dig in even further to your property, getting to know it. We do this by the end of the day that you respond and confirm the offer.
2) We draw up the deed and email it over. Then we confirm your address and phone number and send you either a physical check or confirmation of a bank transfer (your choice! We send photos of either payment method immediately).
3.) You get the deed notarized and send us a photo, then pop it in the mail.
4) Done! The whole process takes between 3 days and a week, depending on the USPS.
